Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer precise radiation treatments to patients with compassion and care
- Collaborate closely with oncologists, nurses, and support staff to develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure equipment is calibrated and maintained for optimal performance
- Monitor patients during sessions, adjusting positioning for maximum efficacy and safety
- Document treatment details accurately in electronic health records
- Participate in quality assurance and safety audits to uphold high standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Radiation Therapist with a valid state license
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Proficiency with linear accelerators and treatment planning software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
