Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM; Saturday-Sunday, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Interpret telemetry and manage patient care for intermediate and downgraded CVICU patients
Titrate IV drips including amio, nitro, nicardipine, epi, cardizem and other blood pressure medications
Collaborate with cardiology, EP, cath lab, and structural heart teams
Read and interpret remote tele monitor strips
Provide bedside nursing care with a 1:4 patient ratio
Assist with BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannula management
Float to same level and lower acuity units as needed

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license in Nebraska
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 1 year experience with intermediate cardiac and vascular patients
Ability to titrate IV drips
Strong telemetry interpretation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
RN licensure in Nebraska
