Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-informed behavioral health assessments and interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery
• Deliver outpatient therapy and case management services to a diverse client population
• Coordinate care with facility staff and community partners to ensure continuity
• Maintain timely, clear documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Respond effectively to crises, using de-escalation and safety planning when needed

Qualifications

• Current license as a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (state-appropriate) in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in behavioral health care; outpatient experience a strong plus
• Ability to provide clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Active professional liability coverage as required by facility policies (if applicable)

Education

• Relevant degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred; equivalent clinical experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Skilled in crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessment
• Comfortable working in an outpatient setting and coordinating with community resources
• Good documentation practices and ability to meet clinical and regulatory standards
• Client-centered approach with strong cultural sensitivity and interpersonal skills
