Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct resident care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, helping with activities of daily living
• Assist nursing staff with timely documentation and accurate record-keeping
• Support safe resident transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the clinical team promptly
• Help create a warm, dignified environment — encourage independence and resident-centered care
• Participate in team huddles and care planning to ensure continuity and quality

Qualifications

• Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
• T-LNA qualification included/accepted as listed
• CPR certification preferred or required per facility policy
• Ability to work day shifts and cover every other weekend as scheduled
• Current immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved LNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong person-centered care and communication skills with residents and families
• Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe transfers
• Familiarity with infection control practices and facility protocols
• Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans and documentation standards
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
