Bill Rate: $48.11 - $68.59

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality resident care using the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document resident condition and care interventions thoroughly and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate effective resident-centered care
Interpret diagnostic tests and incorporate findings into care plans
Provide resident and family education to support positive outcomes
Engage in performance improvement activities to enhance quality of care

Qualifications

Current California RN license required
Current certification in CPR required
At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings and night shift experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to perform assessment, care planning, medication administration and documentation

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
Medication administration and safe practices
Care planning and accurate documentation
Ability to interpret basic diagnostic tests
Strong collaborative and patient/resident education skills
Experience with performance improvement techniques

Pay scale with 30 pay increments to recognize up to 30 years of relevant experience
