Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Document patient interactions and care in the chart clearly and promptly
Communicate effectively and kindly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in Pennsylvania
Completion of an approved CNA training program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or obtained upon hire
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Ability to pass facility background checks and required screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and ADLs
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control and safety procedures
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Comfort with electronic health record charting
Teamwork and clear communication in clinical settings
