Shift Type: Rotating night shifts, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM (includes EOW & EOH rotations)

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, evidence-based nursing care in the LDRP and Special Care Nursery setting
- Perform fetal heart monitoring and respond promptly to changes in maternal or neonatal status
- Lead neonatal resuscitation efforts when indicated and utilize NRP protocols
- Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, document care accurately, and communicate effectively with families
- Participate in Trinity-specific competency testing and skills checklists to maintain high standards of care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
- AWHONN and Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required or demonstrated competency
- Ability to complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
- Ability to pass license/certificate verification and required health screenings
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of LDRP processes and Special Care Nursery workflows
- Proficiency in fetal heart monitoring and interpretation
- Skilled in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
- Familiarity with Fetalink charting/software preferred
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working overnight and providing high-acuity neonatal/maternal care
