Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to elderly residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support mealtime assistance and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
- Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through consistent, kind care
Qualifications
- Valid GNA certification (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Proven experience or clinical comfort working with geriatric populations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a care team
- Ability to pass background checks and any facility-required screenings
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited GNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of basic geriatric care principles and resident-centered approaches
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support safely
- Familiarity with infection control and basic charting or documentation
- Compassionate bedside manner and good observation skills
- Team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance
