Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide vision and leadership for HRIS strategy and operations across the Office of Talent Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage HRIS projects end-to-end, keeping timelines and priorities on track
- Lead maintenance and oversight of integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
- Partner with Information Systems and the CISO to translate security and technical priorities into HRIS solutions
- Develop and execute data strategy and best practices to ensure data integrity and actionable insights
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for HRIS initiatives, driving efficient delivery
- Ensure continuity of functional services to users and act as the escalation point for HRIS issues
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and sustained results
Qualifications
- 10 years of hands-on experience in HRIS (required)
- Demonstrable Workday experience (required)
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- UKG experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage projects, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills to inform decisions
- Must disclose any previous Parkland employment history in your profile
- Resume and proof of taxable address (driver’s license, utility bill, lease, etc.) required for submission
Education
- Bachelor's degree (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep knowledge of HR processes and how they translate into system requirements
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) and system integrations
- Project management and project coordination skills
- Data strategy, analytics, and the ability to derive insights from HR data
- Leadership skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with security and compliance considerations when working with HR systems
- Experience with UKG is a plus
