Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for HRIS strategy and operations across the Office of Talent Management
• Plan, coordinate, and manage HRIS projects end-to-end, keeping timelines and priorities on track
• Lead maintenance and oversight of integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
• Partner with Information Systems and the CISO to translate security and technical priorities into HRIS solutions
• Develop and execute data strategy and best practices to ensure data integrity and actionable insights
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for HRIS initiatives, driving efficient delivery
• Ensure continuity of functional services to users and act as the escalation point for HRIS issues
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and sustained results

Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on experience in HRIS (required)
• Demonstrable Workday experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• UKG experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage projects, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills to inform decisions
• Must disclose any previous Parkland employment history in your profile
• Resume and proof of taxable address (driver’s license, utility bill, lease, etc.) required for submission

Education

• Bachelor's degree (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Deep knowledge of HR processes and how they translate into system requirements
• Strong experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) and system integrations
• Project management and project coordination skills
• Data strategy, analytics, and the ability to derive insights from HR data
• Leadership skills to guide teams and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with security and compliance considerations when working with HR systems
• Experience with UKG is a plus
