Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility policies
• Perform thorough assessments and communicate changes in patient condition promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
• Educate patients and families on care, procedures, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license (per role) — current and in good standing
• Recent clinical experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills

Education

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN for RN roles)
• Relevant vocational or diploma program for LPN roles when applicable

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Medication administration and safe handling practices
• Wound care basics and post-operative monitoring
• Proficient with electronic health records and charting
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
• Teamwork, empathy, and clear communication with patients and families
