Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
- Support mealtime and feeding assistance while respecting patient preferences
- Document care provided accurately and timely to maintain continuity
- Work closely with the care team to deliver a safe, dignified environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Available for the contract period: 2026-03-30 to 2026-06-20
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Local candidates only (position noted as LOCAL ONLY)
Education
- CNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and comfort measures
- Safe transfers and proper body mechanics
- Monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes
- Clear communication and teamwork with clinical staff
- Attention to detail with documentation and care tasks
