Shift Type: 3 nights/week, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, Night shift (scheduled as three 12-hour shifts)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care for geriatric and swing-bed patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding promptly to changes
- Perform skilled wound care and advanced clinical procedures as needed to support patient recovery
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Cerner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Advocate for a concierge-level patient experience appropriate for an affluent community
- Maintain unit safety and adhere to hospital policies and infection control standards
- Mentor and support colleagues when appropriate to promote teamwork and excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state licensure required)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (per posting)
- Experience in geriatric care or past inpatient rehab (swing bed) — must have
- Proven telemetry and Med/Surg experience
- Advanced wound care skills
- BLS required
- ACLS and CPI preferred
- Comfortable using Cerner for documentation
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Med/Surg nursing best practices
- Wound assessment and management
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
- Ability to deliver high-touch patient experience in a concierge-oriented setting
