Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on referring physician orders
- Deliver therapeutic modalities and hands-on care to restore strength, range of motion, coordination, and alignment
- Manage pain and functional limitations through evidence-based interventions
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians and the care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to maintain gains
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license (required)
- Ability to practice in accordance with the California State Practice Act
- Experience providing patient evaluations and treatment planning using therapeutic modalities
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Comfortable working full time on daytime shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and assessment

- Range of motion and strength training exercises
- Familiarity with California State Practice Act and documentation standards
