Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care and assist residents with daily living activities
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and observe changes in condition
- Support safe transfers, mobility assistance, and fall-prevention protocols
- Communicate clearly with nurses and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident charts and care plans
- Assist with nighttime checks, hygiene, and comfort measures to promote restful sleep
- Adhere to infection control and facility safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Comfort and experience working overnight/extended shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with nursing staff
- Compassionate patient-focused attitude and dependable work ethic
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification encouraged or willing to obtain
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient hygiene
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with basic infection prevention practices
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail
- Calm problem-solving skills during busy or unexpected situations
- Respectful, empathetic communication with residents and families
