Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM Day

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in the Hopkins Center
Administer medications and document administration accurately
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the team
Maintain clear, timely patient records and shift handoffs
Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to support care plans
Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and basic procedures

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active license required
Completion of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to varying schedules
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Active LPN license required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and patient observation skills
Medication administration and accurate documentation
Comfort with electronic medical records and charting
Reliable time management and prioritization during busy shifts
Professional, compassionate bedside manner
