Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM Day
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in the Hopkins Center
- Administer medications and document administration accurately
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the team
- Maintain clear, timely patient records and shift handoffs
- Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to support care plans
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and basic procedures
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active license required
- Completion of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to varying schedules
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
- Active LPN license required
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical assessment and patient observation skills
- Medication administration and accurate documentation
- Comfort with electronic medical records and charting
- Reliable time management and prioritization during busy shifts
- Professional, compassionate bedside manner
