Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and ambulation, promoting independence
- Maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients
- Communicate clearly with teammates and document care accurately
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification (Class: CNA) as required by state
- Comfortable working the assigned 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shifts
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset
- Ability to pass facility-required background checks and screenings
- Willingness to complete any facility-required orientation and training
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA program and current certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and comfort measures
- Assisting with ADLs and mobility support
- Measuring and documenting vital signs accurately
- Infection control and safe handling techniques
- Clear, respectful communication with patients and team members
