Shift Type: Unspecified days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Day shift)

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients at the Lebanon center
Administer medications and treatments safely and in line with facility policies
Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and escalate to the care team
Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary staff to support continuity of care
Educate patients and families with clear, respectful communication

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred (long-term care or per diem experience a plus)
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate documentation
Patient assessment and basic nursing interventions
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during 12+ hour shifts
Professional bedside manner and effective communication with patients and families
