Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful personal care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes in condition
- Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Document care activities and communicate clearly with the nursing team
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through thoughtful care
Qualifications
- Current LNA license in the applicable state (Licensed Nursing Assistant)
- Completion of an approved LNA training program
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable working in a team-based clinical environment and following facility policies
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of state-approved LNA program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic nursing care and patient safety principles
- Skilled in infection control and proper use of PPE
- Good verbal and written communication with patients and care team
- Ability to observe, accurately record, and report clinical information
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
