Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift, Shift 2). Days not specified (per diem scheduling)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, respectful personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes in condition
Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
Document care activities and communicate clearly with the nursing team
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through thoughtful care

Qualifications

Current LNA license in the applicable state (Licensed Nursing Assistant)
Completion of an approved LNA training program
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable working in a team-based clinical environment and following facility policies

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of state-approved LNA program required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing care and patient safety principles
Skilled in infection control and proper use of PPE
Good verbal and written communication with patients and care team
Ability to observe, accurately record, and report clinical information
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
