Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and patient positioning
• Perform routine tasks like taking vital signs and documenting accurately
• Support infection control and safety practices to protect patients and staff
• Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to deliver excellent care

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential valid in New Hampshire or Vermont
• Demonstrated experience as an LNA or nursing assistant (preferred)
• Comfort working overnight/night shift schedules
• Up-to-date immunizations and the ability to complete required facility screenings
• Valid basic life support (BLS) or willingness to obtain per facility requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care fundamentals and hands-on assistance skills
• Reliable vital sign measurement and documentation practices
• Clear communication and teamwork skills within a clinical setting
• Respect for patient dignity, privacy, and compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
