Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC (overnight)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and other observations
Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control practices
Participate in shift handoffs and accurate charting to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (NH or eligible for VT/NH role)
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Comfort working overnight hours and flexible per diem shifts
Friendly, patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an LNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and ADLs
Skill taking vital signs and documenting observations accurately
Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
Ability to work in a team and follow care plans
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
