Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting
• Support safe patient mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the care team promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols
• Document patient care and observations clearly to support continuity of care
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families and interdisciplinary team members to enhance the patient experience
• Assist nursing staff with routine tasks and help maintain smooth unit operations

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification — required
• Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts on a per-diem basis
• Reliable, dependable attendance and ability to report to Lebanon Ctr as scheduled
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; a patient-first attitude
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) preferred or willing to obtain if needed

Education

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent state-required education; high school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and ADL support
• Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
• Clear, timely documentation and reporting
• Infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy setting
• Compassionate interpersonal skills for working with diverse patients and families
