Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on outpatient physical therapy care that helps patients regain function and return to meaningful activity
• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, progress patients toward goals, and adjust plans as needed
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with providers, nursing, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on home programs, safe movement strategies, and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska (required)
• BLS certified by the American Heart Association (required)
• Comfortable working in an outpatient orthopedic and functional rehab setting
• Able to start quickly and complete the contract period (posting indicates quick start)
• Professional, patient-centered communication and solid documentation skills

• Safe manual therapy and therapeutic exercise application
