Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery of quality nursing care during pre-, intra- and post-procedure phases using ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
• Circulate during Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Provide focused pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure care, including patient education and recovery monitoring
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary cardiovascular team to deliver excellent outcomes
• Maintain competency with advanced Cath Lab/Hybrid lab equipment and sterile technique
• Respond to callbacks within a 30-minute radius when scheduled for call coverage

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license, or Compact RN license eligibility
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 3 years RN Cath Lab/EP experience
• Experience as a circulating nurse and providing pre/post procedural patient care
• Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and participate in evening/weekend call

Knowledge & Skills

• Cath Lab nursing and Electrophysiology (EP) expertise
• Peri-procedural nursing across pre/intra/post phases
• Circulating nurse duties and procedure support
• Hybrid Cath Lab familiarity
• Vascular/CVOR exposure (preferred)
• Ability to manage call coverage and rapid response within a 30-minute radius
• BLS and ACLS competency
