Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to facility policy
- Monitor resident status, report changes promptly, and escalate concerns when needed
- Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe transitions and care plans
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight assessments as required
- Support residents’ comfort and dignity during nighttime hours
- Participate in unit safety practices, infection control, and quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Massachusetts (required); RNs are also encouraged to apply if interested
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Prior long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing experience is a plus
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
Education
- Completed accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)
- For RNs: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing if applicable
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of medication administration and charting best practices
- Skilled in clinical assessments and recognizing changes in condition
- Familiarity with long-term care or rehab nursing standards
- Good time management and ability to prioritize during night shifts
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and documentation skills
