Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care by taking vitals and conducting intake assessments
• Assist clinicians with exams and clinical procedures to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Prepare exam rooms, ensure supplies are stocked, and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Communicate clearly with patients about next steps, scheduling, and follow-up instructions
• Accurately document patient information and visit details in the medical record
• Support care coordination by routing labs, referrals, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week with weekends included
• Comfortable working rotating day and evening shifts
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
• Ability to pass any required background checks and meet client onboarding requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient intake and vital signs measurement
• Clinical support skills that keep exams efficient and safe
• Clear, empathetic patient communication
• Familiarity with standard clinical workflows and basic infection control
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to adapt in a rotating-shift environment
