Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic exams across age groups from neonate to older adult
• Operate portable/bedside imaging and C-Arm procedures safely and efficiently
• Use PACS and Epic for accurate image management and charting
• Position patients and select appropriate exposure factors to produce diagnostic images
• Collaborate with clinicians and nursing staff to support timely patient care
• Maintain infection control and radiation safety practices at all times
• Document procedures, findings, and care clearly in the charting system

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of radiography/X-ray experience (1st-timers with 1 year welcome)
• ARRT (R) certification preferred or registry-eligible
• BLS certification preferred
• Experience with Epic charting required
• Comfortable with portable/bedside imaging and C-Arm procedures
• Ability to work a Friday-Sunday block schedule and thrive in a small hospital setting

Education

• Completion of an accredited radiography program or equivalent
• ARRT registration preferred (or eligibility) and relevant certifications

Knowledge & Skills

• Radiography / X-Ray imaging and positioning for chest, abdomen, extremities, spine
• Proficiency with PACS for image retrieval and workflow
• Epic charting experience for accurate documentation
• Portable/Bedside imaging and mobile C-Arm procedure support
• Age-specific competency: neonate through older adult
• Familiarity with isolation precautions and safe patient handling
