Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient examinations to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment needs
• Design and modify therapeutic plans to restore function and reduce pain
• Deliver outpatient physical therapy interventions, including dry needling as clinically indicated
• Provide patient education and injury prevention strategies to support long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with physicians, colleagues, and the care team to coordinate patient-centered care
• Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement, and knowledge sharing within the clinic

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or permit awaiting licensure exam
• Dry needling certification required
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
• Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
• Strong documentation skills and ability to manage patient records accurately

• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
