Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient examinations to determine diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment needs
- Design and modify therapeutic plans to restore function and reduce pain
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy interventions, including dry needling as clinically indicated
- Provide patient education and injury prevention strategies to support long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with physicians, colleagues, and the care team to coordinate patient-centered care
- Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement, and knowledge sharing within the clinic
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or permit awaiting licensure exam
- Dry needling certification required
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
- Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
- Strong documentation skills and ability to manage patient records accurately

- Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy

- Dry needling technique and safety
- Documentation and medical record keeping
