Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care including assessments and direct bedside care
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes clearly and promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Respond to patient needs with professionalism and a calm, patient-focused approach

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania (active and unrestricted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS as applicable or preferred
• Comfortable administering medications, performing assessments, and documenting in the electronic health record
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus but new grads are welcome to inquire

Education

• LPN: Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (or equivalent)
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of nursing fundamentals and clinical best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
• Proficient with medication administration and patient monitoring
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Team player who communicates clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
