Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients across a range of outpatient diagnoses to determine functional deficits and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
- Provide skilled strength, ROM, and balance training using evidence-based interventions
- Teach and coach patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to maximize recovery between visits
- Document clinical findings, progress, and discharge plans in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and shorten patient wait times
- Manage a productive caseload while maintaining high standards of patient education and safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or PT Compact eligibility for Colorado
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Flu vaccine required (proof needed)
- Please submit resume, skills sheet, BLS - AHA, Colorado PT license or compact verification, and proof of flu vaccine
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient evaluation and development of treatment plans
- Proficient with strength, ROM, and balance training techniques
- Experienced in patient and caregiver education and coaching
- Able to design and instruct effective home exercise programs
- Good documentation, time management, and caseload management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork within an outpatient rehab setting
