Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (night shift; specific days not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care to older adults every shift
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident behavior accurately
- Support mealtime needs and ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control protocols
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff and document care
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful interactions
Qualifications
- Current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate care to older adults
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a care team
- Background check and health screening clearance as required by facility
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an approved GNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of geriatric care principles and common age-related conditions
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)
- Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safe lifting/body mechanics
- Good observational skills and clear, timely documentation
