Shift Type: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Night shift (exact hours to be confirmed by the facility)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct resident care under RN or LVN supervision
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and toileting
- Deliver personal care and comfort while maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Communicate clearly with residents, family members and the care team
- Work collaboratively with RNs and LVNs to follow care plans and report changes
- Document resident care accurately using basic computer systems as required
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certificate required
- BLS certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working under RN or LVN supervision
- Basic computer skills to document care and communicate with the team
- Professional, tactful and respectful interaction with residents and staff
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Direct resident care and personal care techniques
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow direction and work under RN/LVN supervision
- Tactful and professional interaction with residents, families and staff
- Basic electronic documentation and computer skills
