Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert ambulatory hematology and oncology care to patients in clinic and through the Solari Infusion Center
• Deliver safe, evidence-based chemotherapy and infusion therapy in a modern outpatient infusion suite
• Collaborate with nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy liaisons and genetic counselors to coordinate patient-centered care
• Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and weekly tumor boards to optimize patient outcomes
• Engage with clinical trials and research coordinators to support and expand investigational options for patients
• Document clinical care and communications accurately in the Cerner EMR
• Support rapid diagnosis clinic workflows and survivorship/bereavement programs
• Ensure seamless patient navigation from diagnosis through survivorship with compassionate communication

Qualifications

• Active California medical license required
• Specialty practice in Hematology and Oncology (physician role)
• Experience in ambulatory infusion/chemotherapy delivery and outpatient oncology care
• Comfort using Cerner EMR for clinical documentation and order entry
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in tumor boards
• Willingness to complete credentialing process (timeframe up to 90 days) and be available for full- or part-time schedules
