Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate radiology equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
• Verify patient identity and maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
• Follow infection control and radiation safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and support staff to deliver excellent patient care
• Perform routine quality assurance checks on equipment and report issues
• Complete required skills checklists and compliance tasks promptly
• Respond professionally and calmly in urgent or emergent imaging situations

Qualifications

• Current state radiologic technologist license or certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) required
• Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and license/certificate verification
• Ability to pass fit test, 10-panel drug screen and required immunizations
• Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments and collaborating with care teams
• Willingness to complete facility-specific onboarding and compliance requirements

Education

• Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging principles
• Proficiency operating X-ray and other imaging equipment safely
• Familiarity with infection control, radiation safety and patient handling
• Clear communication skills for interacting with patients and clinical teams
• Competence with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Attention to detail for quality assurance and regulatory compliance
