Ultrasound Tech - General/OBGYN

Location: Durango, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable days, 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Plus call 1-2 nights/week and every 3rd weekend.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in General, OBGYN, and Vascular specialties
Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures including drains and biopsies
Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC
Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team

Qualifications

Current ARDMS certification in RDMS (General or OBGYN) required - RVT or RDCS a plus!
At least 1 year of experience in General and OBGYN ultrasound
Experience with ultrasound-guided procedures
BLS certification required
Ability to work variable shifts including call

Knowledge & Skills

RDMS (General or OBGYN)
RVT and RDCS preferred
BLS certification
EPIC and PACS proficiency
Phillips ultrasound equipment
Vascular ultrasound skills
Procedures: drains, biopsies
