Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night or day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, weekends required (6-9 per 6-week schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients across multiple hospitals and units
Monitor cardiac rhythms, titrate heparin drips, and manage patient care in a fast-paced float pool environment
Float within Zone 3, covering OrthoColorado Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital, and St. Anthony North Hospital
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Adapt quickly to diverse patient populations including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and more

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
Willingness to float within a 60-mile radius across multiple facilities
Ability to work 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Experience with heparin titration and common IV drips
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic float pool setting
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
