Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Various 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, includes weekends and holidays (6-9 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse adult-geriatric population across multiple MS-Tele units
Float within Zone 3 facilities, adapting quickly to different units and patient acuities
Monitor telemetry and titrate heparin drips as needed
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Deliver compassionate care to patients with cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and other diagnoses
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience required
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Neuro experience and heparin titration skills preferred
Comfortable floating to different facilities within a 60-mile radius

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry interpretation and monitoring skills
Proficiency in heparin titration and management of common drips
Ability to care for patients with cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and surgical conditions
Excellent adaptability and communication skills for float pool assignments
Time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments
