Roles & Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation
Perform daily quality assurance checks on equipment
Educate patients about treatment procedures and side effects
Collaborate with the oncology team to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications

Certified by ARRT in Radiation Therapy
Valid state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist
BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiation Therapist

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of radiation oncology procedures and safety protocols
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate linear accelerators and CT simulators
Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
