Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments tailored to each patient
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on functional outcomes
Document patient progress clearly and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with facility staff and families to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to improve recovery
Participate in orientation and training to maintain best practices and service quality

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state or ability to obtain state licensure
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Experience working in a clinical setting preferred; new grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
Ability to work part-time 4-hour shifts with reliability and enthusiasm

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
Knowledge of documentation standards and outcome measurement
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Comfortable adapting interventions for a diverse patient population
Good time management for efficient, effective 4-hour treatment sessions
