Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Educate families and caregivers to support carry-over of therapy at home
Participate in orientation and team meetings to ensure excellent continuity of care

Qualifications

Physical Therapist licensed in Washington (current state license required)
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Strong communication skills with patients, families, and clinical teams
Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable documenting in electronic medical records

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent entry-level PT degree

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques
Skilled in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
Ability to assess and modify treatment plans based on patient response
Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with good problem-solving
