Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 8-hour shifts, hours may vary

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse geriatric population
Treat patients with general orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and fall-risk conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Collaborate with a dedicated team of PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize EMR systems to document patient progress and coordinate care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona (or compact eligible)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
BLS and CPR certification required
Experience with EMR systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Proficiency in vestibular and fall prevention interventions
Ability to manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day
Familiarity with burgundy dress code policy (scrubs or polo)
