Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, primarily orthopedic with a variety of conditions in a small-town setting
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and function
Collaborate with a dedicated team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a supportive Athletic Club environment
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage if you have the experience and desire
Document patient progress accurately and communicate with referring providers

Qualifications

Active or eligible Oregon Physical Therapy license (can be obtained after submittal per manager)
Current BLS certification
Outpatient experience required; acute inpatient experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills for orthopedic conditions
Proficiency in outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Adaptability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses in a rural community
