Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and progress notes

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and evidence-based practices
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Excellent patient education and motivational skills
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
