Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using state-of-the-art Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM equipment
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize imaging quality and patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to radiation safety protocols
Provide exceptional patient care, explaining procedures and addressing concerns

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT) certification required
PET experience is required - we want someone ready to hit the ground running
DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
Valid driver's license required for submittal
Must live outside 50 miles from the facility and not be associated with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in nuclear medicine imaging techniques and radiation safety
Experience with Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAM systems preferred, but training available
Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail for accurate imaging and record-keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
