Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7 days on, 7 days off; Thursday to Wednesday evening shifts: Thursday 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Friday 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Saturday 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Tuesday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Wednesday 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT and X-ray imaging to support Level II trauma cases
Operate MRI equipment for head and spine scans as needed by Neurosurgeons
Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide diagnostic support
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including artificial nail policy

Qualifications

Valid ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT (CT) required
Current Nebraska State License or compact license
At least 2 years of experience in CT and X-ray; MRI experience preferred
Driver's license required for verification of distance from facility
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotate through 7-day blocks

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in CT, X-ray, and MRI imaging techniques
Strong understanding of anatomy and patient positioning
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety protocols for imaging equipment
