Shift Type: Varied shifts including day shifts and on-call rotation (one week per month: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Siemens Avanto 1.5 equipment
Float between College Station and Bryan campuses as needed to support patient care
Participate in call rotation with a 1-hour response time
Precept new team members when required by the unit
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostics

Qualifications

Active Texas state license required
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5 strongly preferred
No previous direct employment (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within the past year
Ability to work flexible hours including on-call and weekends
Commitment to punctuality and reliability - call-outs discouraged

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in MRI technology and safety protocols
Skilled in Siemens Avanto 1.5 operation
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to adapt to varying workloads and float between sites
Understanding of call rotation and response time requirements
