Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Days (variable), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, day shift

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to assigned patients and their families
Administer medications and treatments per care plans and facility policies
Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes in condition
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient-centered care
Assist with procedures, wound care, and activities of daily living as needed
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (New Hampshire or compact as applicable)
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or vocational nursing diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Comfortable with patient assessments, vital signs, and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and charting best practices
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments
Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns promptly
