Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Conduct timely patient assessments and monitor vital signs
Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the chart
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate care
Assist with patient education and discharge planning when appropriate
Maintain infection control standards and promote a safe environment

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Hampshire (or eligible to obtain one)
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable working independently in a per diem setting and adapting to variable assignments
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
Current CPR and other facility-mandated certifications as required

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
LPN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical skills (vital signs, wound care, ADL support)
Medication administration and accurate charting
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
Time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
Basic infection control and safety procedures
