Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care clearly
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team promptly
Assist with safety, mobility, and daily living activities to support patient well-being
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely charting and care plans to ensure continuity
Support a positive environment for patients and families with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact/state-appropriate licensure) required
Successful completion of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Strong patient care skills and reliable clinical judgment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Previous LPN experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical training are welcome to apply

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/PO knowledge
Vital signs assessment and patient monitoring
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Electronic charting and documentation best practices
Infection control and safety protocols
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle fast-paced clinical situations
