Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Support the nursing team by taking vital signs and reporting changes
Document care and observations accurately and promptly
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility support
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification required
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding (orientation not listed as required)
Able to pass background check and any facility-mandated screenings (if requested)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Measuring and recording vital signs
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
Professional, compassionate bedside manner
