Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report observations to nursing staff
Support mobility and safe transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with the care team
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that focuses on resident wellbeing

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts as part of a caregiving team
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and required health checks

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Awareness of infection prevention and safe hygiene practices
Ability to observe, document, and communicate changes in resident status
Teamwork, time management, and reliable attendance
